Fred is an application that allows its users to order immediately or book in advance a vehicle with a driver (VTC, Taxi). Via our mobile application (available on iPhone, Android) and our website.

Register your account via the application or from our website.

  • Immediate trip: specify your starting point and destination. We will give you a price estimate (subject to change depending on weather, traffic conditions or other factors). Choose the type of vehicle you want and validate your booking.
  • Reservation: enter the day and time at which you wish to book your trip. Specify your departure and arrival addresses. We will give you a price estimate (subject to change depending on weather, traffic conditions or other factors).  Choose the type of vehicle and complete your reservation.
    No reservation can be taken into account less than fifteen minutes before the departure time.
    In both cases, the price is calculated according to the vehicle range chosen. For each range, pricing includes a base price, plus a per minute rate and a per kilometre rate.


Fred offers different types of vehicles according to your needs:

  • Sedan refers to a range of superior vehicles at very competitive price
  • Luxury stands for top-of-the-range vehicles with superior performance.
  • van is a vehicle that can carry up to seven people.
  • Taxi means a vehicle equipped with a lamparo and a meter.


you can use the application as long as you have a mobile phone number. Payment can then be made via a valid credit card.

Downloading and registration (account creation) are totally FREE.

Once you have logged in, click on ” Create my account “. Enter your first and last name, your e-mail address and a telephone number.
Fred protects your personal data. They will never be communicated to third parties.

When creating your account, you will receive a confirmation code by SMS and e-mail. If you have authorised Fred to give your telephone number to the driver, he can then contact you if necessary. A recapitulation of the route and an invoice will be sent to you by e-mail at the end of the ride.

Cancellations are free of charge and you can place another order within a maximum of five minutes following confirmation. If you need to change your destination or make an unexpected stop after you start your ride, let the driver know and he will make the change. As a result, the final invoice will be modified by applying the current fare (basic price, price per km, price per minute).

You can cancel your order within five minutes after ordering. Beyond this deadline, a fixed amount specific to the category of the vehicle will be billed to you, i.e.


  • 5€ for the Sedan category
  • 10€ for the Luxury category
  • 15€ for the Van category


To manage your account information, go to the “My Account” page of your application or on our website and make the desired changes.

Click on “Forgot password?” and enter the e-mail address you used when you registered. You will receive an e-mail with a link to reset your password.

In the category “My trips”, go on your application and consult the history of your trips. This service is also available on our website.

Upon reception of the message, we will remove the mobile access from the stolen phone. However, you can connect to your account via another smartphone.
